'' I have a peculiar relationship with rules, so when someone tells me that something won't work, I still need to try and see what happens, It's not a matter of going against a Master's advice, it's about seeking inspiration from experiences that you have not yet lived with your own eyes''

CopperSeries represents this statement, in terms of material relation it has no sense for the pieces to be still standing, they should've break or crack, the copper should've turned turquoise, but none of it happened (yet).

This is what drives Silva Sancho, curiosity to explore new boundaries between shapes and materials, Copperseries represents to the artist more than the result itself but the naive motivation that created them in the first place.
